2019 will be the 65th year the City of Spencer has hosted the West Virginia Black Walnut Festival. The BWF begins in full on the second Thursday of October every year and features a huge food court, live music, a carnival, craft show, art show, agriculture show, quilt show, kid’s day parade, grand parade, flea market, band competition, livestock show and sale, shooting competition, baking competition, flower show, and many more exhibitions and performances!
