Set to run Friday through Sunday, June 19-21, is the 24th annual Old Central City Days featuring everything from the Gate City Gunslingers and a steady stream of live music to a vintage fashion show, costumed characters for the kids, an antiques fair and more than 40 arts, crafts, food and game booths.
Central City exploded from farmland to a population of more than 2,500 in just one year. Once a city to itself, Central City lasted from 1893 to 1909 before it was annexed into the city of Huntington.
Friday, June 19
9 a.m. to 7 p.m. – festival
9:30 a.m. – opening ceremonies
1 to 3 p.m. – Huntington Harmonica Club strolling
1 to 4 p.m. – Todd Thornburg and Joey Notes on the Gazebo
4 to 7 p.m. – Batman and the Hope Mobile at the Gazebo Park
Saturday, June 20

9 a.m. to noon – Dale and Randy strolling performers
10 a.m. to noon – Elsa from “Frozen” strolling performer
10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – Sugarbeats on the Gazebo stage
1 to 2 p.m. – “Vintage Meets Now” – vintage fashion show at Gazebo
1 to 3 p.m. – Huntington Harmonica Club strolling
3 to 5 p.m. – Emily Kinner and the Fringe at the Gazebo
Sunday, June 21
