On Tuesday, March 11, 2014, at 7 p.m. at the Marshall University Foundation Hall, the Marshall University 2013-2014 “Amicus Curiae Lecture Series on Constitutional Democracy” continues with a lecture by David Rudovsky, a senior fellow and professor at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Rudovsky has published extensively in the area of civil rights of the accused and racial bias in the criminal justice system, among other topics. He will discuss whether the United States justice system is just and how we could create a fairer system.
