The annex across the street was used as the public library until the building was torn down. The library was then relocated to Capital Street where it remains. The annex building was an amazing piece of architecture, and I loved it. I remember going there doing research for high school assignments. I graduated from Nitro High School in 1965. I don’t know what year it started being used as the library. Can anyone give this info?
