Do you have any information on the architect of the 1906 Charleston National Bank Building? In 1902, it was announced that the Cincinnati firm of Elzner and Anderson was drawing plans for the building and would construct it of concrete. This would have made the structure the second concrete skyscraper after Elzner and Anderson’s Ingalls Building in Cincinnati.
