40th Annual Mountain State Apple Harvest Festival, October 17th – 20th 2019 ​ The apple industry is a valued part of West Virginia’s Eastern Panhandle. The Mountain State Apple Harvest Festival, in its 40th year, celebrates that heritage. The tremendous success of the festival’s various family friendly activities depend largely on the involvement of many volunteer citizens and businesses.
